Well established NYC based real estate firm with an extensive record of success in the development and acquisition of office, residential, retail and hotel properties has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate must have directly related hands on experience in commercial office and retail property management in NYC. Responsibilities Support General Manager in a fast paced and demanding environment Manage front desk and answer phones Draft, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and reports Manage tenant & vendor COI Provide coordination and communication with outside vendors including but not limited to attorneys, architects, designers, engineers, project managers, contractors, brokers and expeditors Responds to tenant needs and coordinates with maintenance staff to resolve problems Responds to all problems and concerns and ensures compliance with building rules and regulations Oversees the collection of rent, payment of expenses, compliance with lease terms and preparation of all required legal notices Works closely with property accounting, leasing and construction management groups All other property management duties as may be assigned Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property management in NYC Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience Strong analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proficient in Word, Excel and Yardi or MRI
