Job Description
We are seeking an Asset Manager to join our team. The Asset Manager will report to the Senior Vice President of Asset Management and will oversee a portfolio of 8-10 multifamily properties, which are managed by third party property management companies. The Asset Manager will have overall operational and financial responsibility for the assigned portfolio, including the completion of annual budgets and business plans, quarterly reports, monthly financial reports, third-party management oversight, on-site property visits, capital projects, insurance issues, market analysis, marketing and lender reporting.

Qualifications/Desired Skills
- 3-10 years multifamily asset management experience
- BA/BS required, MBA or Masters in Real Estate preferred
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strategic and process-oriented individual with ability to work individually and in a team environment
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting
- Experience managing capital improvement and value add property upgrade programs
- Superior organizational and relationship building skills
Compensation Range $110,000- $170,000 depending on experience
