Our Boston office seeks a Practice Group Associate with at least 5 years of experience to join the Real Estate practice. This is a full-time position, but affords a less demanding and more flexible schedule than the traditional on-track associate position. We offer challenging and interesting work, a collegial environment, and a unique opportunity to work with lawyers in our Real Estate practice.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include working with nationally recognized commercial retailers on the acquisition and ground leasing of properties to be developed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ real estate experience with both ground leases and purchases where development is contemplated, and strong client management skills. The candidate should have a strong academic background, as well as excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts State bar or admitted to at least one state bar and qualified for prompt admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
