Full service, national real estate development company of market rate and affordable multifamily apartments is currently seeking a Developer experienced in LIHTC/Affordable development.
Individual will be responsible for leading the company’s nationwide expansion of LIHTC development, joint venture with other affordable developers and development of workforce housing.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 10 years previous experience in all aspects of affordable housing development.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and goal oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
