Title: Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
FCA Partners seeks an Analyst to support its Acquisitions and Asset Management teams. This position will offer a broad range of exposure to investment underwriting, asset operations, valuation, and financial reporting. Interaction with senior investment professionals will occur daily in a collaborative environment.
Job Description:
- Prepare financial models for new investment opportunities and existing portfolio assets
- Source market data and other relevant information to support financial analysis and aid in client reporting
- Prepare underwriting packages, presentation materials, and corresponding client communication for potential real estate investments
- Review property appraisals and perform internal portfolio valuations on regular basis
- Assist with due diligence and closing process for new investments
- Support asset management team with preparation of quarterly and annual reports to clients
- Analyze industry trends and interpret data to support investment and asset management strategies
- Maintain database of relevant market offerings, tracking new investment opportunities and transactions
- Full time in-office position
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree with preference for finance/business majors
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with industry tools such as Argus and CoStar preferred
- Real estate related experience (fulltime or internship) is a positive
- Familiarity with basic real estate models and concepts
- Independent self-starter with good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced open office environment as a team player
- Detail oriented with strong work ethic. Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
