AGW Partners and RW Real Estate are privately held affiliated real estate investors, owners, and managers based out of New York City. Our leasing department is currently run in-house, and the Retail Leasing Cold Caller position will directly contribute to leasing initiatives across our portfolio. As a Retail Leasing Cold Caller, you will have the ability to develop new business relationships with qualified business owners and directly contribute to wider leasing initiatives. The leasing team works in fast paced, dynamic, and fast-growing segment of our business.
- Generate new business pipeline primarily through cold calling business owners, prospecting, and networking.
- Identify business owner needs and critically think as to where they would be best suited within the portfolio.
- Understand business owner needs to demonstrate the value of being a part of our portfolio and why we are unlike most owners.
- Work closely with the asset management team to be cognizant of upcoming vacancies and discuss strategy.
- Manage inbound leads and relationships efficiently and effectively.
- Meeting prospective tenants on site to tour properties and close deals.
- Keep an accurate record of calls made and leasing interest of each business owner.
- Make over 100 calls per week with an initial goal of receiving at least 1 call back per 10 calls made.
- Assist in negotiating and closing deals.
Skills and Abilities:
- Candidate should be energetic and self-motivated to contribute in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on setting and exceeding goals
- Must be comfortable cold calling.
- Excellent communication skills by orally and written.
- Coachable and willing to have a “can-do” attitude.
- Collaborative team player
- 1+ years of verifiable cold calling or leasing experience or in similar field including but not limited to new customer acquisitions, and sales experience preferably within a commission-based compensation structure.
50,000 plus incremental bonuses for successful leasing
