We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our high-achieving sales team. This is a 100% commissioned sales position. We offer significant earning potential to candidates who are entrepreneurial, motivated, eager to get on the phone, ready to learn and ready to earn.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources, including cold calling
- Assist clients in finding suitable non-residential properties including coordinating and attending property showings
- Assist clients in selling, purchasing, or leasing real estate assets
- Provide client guidance on real estate strategy
- Negotiate commercial terms on behalf of clients
- Prepare offers, term sheets, proformas, agreements, market comparisons and other transaction materials
- Analyze data and prepare reports on average asking rents, active tenants in the market, historical data, etc.
- Compile property data and presentations for clients
- Coordinate marketing programs with our in-house marketing team
- Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, notable transactions and general real estate trends and activities
- Attend industry events, networking functions, workshops, etc.
Necessary Qualities:
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- High level of communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work alone or on a team
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of business practices and basic legal language
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Real estate experience a plus but not required. Must have or be willing to get a real estate license.
