Lendlease's summer internships provide students the opportunity to augment their education by performing meaningful real-world responsibilities over a 2-3 month span during the summer break from college. Furthermore our Interns gain a understanding of construction, development and investment and what it would be like to build a career here. Many interns have been hired after graduation in to our rotational program.
Below are the different professional disciplines available for Summer Internships:
- Construction / Design Management – Our largest number of opportunities exist in this discipline. Our construction teams deliver projects as a general contractor, design-builder, or integrated with the development team. Professions encompassed are Project Management, Field Leadership, Safety, Estimating and Design Management. Specific tasks vary by each project and our Interns are often exposed to multiple roles during their Internships. Areas of interest can be mentioned in your application under you interest in Lendlease, as well as can be discussed if selected for interviews.
- Finance / Accounting – As a large publicly traded international organization, Lendlease has outstanding opportunities for Finance and Accounting professionals. Students perform responsibilities that can include processing accounting transactions, analyzing expenditures and completing cost allocations. Responsibilities may also include assisting in preparing financial reports, including variance analysis, manipulating financial models, ensuring compliance with internal Accounting and Reporting policies and procedures.
- Development – Lendlease performs full lifecycle real estate development from acquisition through sales, and in some cases asset management. Many of our other teams, including construction and finance, work with the development team on delivering our own originated projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program in a related major.
- Must be scheduled to return to college in the Fall after the Summer Internship.
