Integra Investments ("Integra") is a Miami-based real estate investment and development firm founded by a team of experienced real estate professionals that targets opportunistic, value-oriented real estate ventures across a variety of asset classes.
Integra is seeking to hire a new member of their acquisitions and asset management team to help with underwriting, due diligence, and asset management for cash flowing assets, including multifamily, office, marinas, and mixed-use.
Candidates should want to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, and should possess a strong analytical background, excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and superior time management and prioritization skills. Candidates should regularly follow market trends across asset classes and across the country. Candidates should have past experience working in the commercial real estate industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluating new deals, creating financial underwriting proformas, and performing preliminary market and financial due diligence to vet the feasibility of new deals
- Analyzing financials and projecting cash flows for new deals
- Meeting with third party brokers and property managers to understand different markets and assets, and to help develop investment strategies
- Putting together investment and due diligence memoranda, including underwriting and market research
- Project management for owned assets to execute and manage the business plans
- Managing third party property managers
- Putting together Asset Management reports for Integra's Investors
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with strong academic performance
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, or related experience in finance, audit, or other related industries
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint is required
- Proficiency in Argus Enterprise is a plus
- Asset management experience is a plus
