Partner with ReSeed to build and accelerate your multifamily operating business. ReSeed’s cohort is an ongoing partnership that provides operating capital, investment capital, services, and mentorship, so you can focus full time on building and scaling your real estate private equity business.
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for talented and ambitious mid-career operators. You will need to have a deep understanding of your home market and experience executing real estate transactions. You should have a clear thesis built on your experience and proven in your market.
You share our desire to build a long-term, sustainable business. You have big ambitions tempered by patience, prudence, and integrity. You are intellectually curious, value mentorship, and are always looking for new ways sharpen your edge.
We are not interested in deal junkies chasing the next trend or transaction. We are looking for long-term, multifamily investors and independent thinkers who obsess over quality and durable cash flow.

Launch Week
You’ll begin with an in-person week in Boulder, CO. The program is designed to build on your real estate experience and immerse you in The ReSeed Way.
Attend working sessions, dinners, and outdoor activities to get to know ReSeed and build relationships with your cohort of peers. Tour assets and share construction and design best practices. Learn from guest speakers, featuring industry leaders and successful founders. Introduce yourself and your thesis to ReSeed’s investors at Investor Day. Leave with a strong foundation for lifelong personal and professional relationships within a supportive community of peers.

An Ongoing Partnership
After Launch Week, you’ll return to your home market while maintaining a close connection with ReSeed. During your first year, we will supply you with capital to support your operating business. You will have bi-weekly mentorship calls with the ReSeed team and monthly calls with your cohort to share in each other’s successes, learn from each other’s mistakes, and hear from outside experts.
ReSeed will work closely with you on your first few transactions. We expect to be in your market multiple times to get to know each submarket and to underwrite specific transactions with you. Our primary goal in this first year is to complete a few transactions and to build the infrastructure you need to scale the business.
You will be able to leverage the ReSeed investor network for both GP co-invest and LP capital over the lifetime of your partnership with ReSeed.

* 5-15 years of real estate investing, debt brokerage, or property management experience
* Track record of executing multiple transactions independently or in primary role
* Extensive experience underwriting transactions and strong proficiency in Excel
* Deep understanding of building rent comps, capex budgets, and opex assumptions
