Required Experience:

• Bachelor s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 2 years of experience in real estate investment, brokerage, investment banking or related disciplines. No more than 2 years of professional work experience.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong financial modeling, analytical and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist the due diligence process for acquisition and development opportunities
• Assist in the detailed underwriting and the drafting of investment memorandums for new acquisitions using Argus, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Assists with the coordination and compliance with all requirements for closing and funding of acquisition and development transactions
• Perform market analysis and feasibility studies
• Prepare presentations and related marketing materials
