Financial Analyst

Replay Destinations is seeking a Financial and Development Analyst to join its team in Scottsdale, AZ. As an Analyst you will have an active role in financial analysis, proforma modeling, market research, and project development tasks related to Replay’s existing projects.   Replay Destinations is a fully integrated destination development company headquartered in Vancouver, Canada and operating throughout the United States, Hawaii and the Caribbean.      Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze comprehensive financial models
• Manage internal financial planning and analysis
• Project reporting with debt and equity partners
• Conduct ongoing market research
• Project coordination
• Communicate conclusions through written reports and presentations
• Ad Hoc Financial analysis
• Underwrite potential acquisitions
• Structure Project debt
• Structure project equity with waterfall distributions

    Qualifications

• Finance or accounting degree
• Strong Excel modeling skills is a requirement
• Advanced skills using Word, Excel, Power Point
• Team player, adaptable, and flexible to change with the role
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
• Analytical with strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented individual who can meet deadlines and objectives
• Focus on delivering high quality work to both internal and external audiences
• Willingness and ability to learn and grow within the organization
