FINANCIAL/ACQUISITIONS ANALYST
DESCRIPTION:
The Financial/Acquisition Analyst will work closely with the Vice President of Finance and Acquisitions and the Managing Principals
RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial modeling of acquisition, disposition, asset management and development deals
Conducting asset/market research and assisting with the due diligence process including, gathering market comps, zoning information, market / sub-market research and demographic and economic data
Assisting with the preparation of acquisition and development investment committee memorandum
Compiling, reviewing and analyzing due diligence materials
QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree (economics/finance/real estate)
Proficiency in excel, advanced financial modeling skills
Experience in creating discounted cash flow and waterfall models
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word are required
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with attention to detail
Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
Must be a highly motivated self-starter and team orientated individual who is committed to meeting deadlines
Capable of handling multiple projects and analyzing a high-volume of deals
1-3 years investment banking or real estate investment experience preferred, however, recent graduates with strong internship experience will be considered
