Senior Commercial Development Professional

We are expanding our Reno office and have an opportunity for an experienced retail-commercial development professional.  The successful candidate will have significant experience in project planning, entitlement, leasing and marketing in commercial, multi-family and mixed-use projects.  The skills required include transactional experience as well as knowledge of business and legal protocols associated with project development and property acquisitions, including major lease, purchase, and sale negotiations, financing, and marketing.   A history of successful development and management of both retail, office and/or industrial products is advantageous.  We are an investment builder and developer.  This position may be particularly well suited for someone with experience in the California and/or Northern Nevada real estate markets.  Appropriate educational disciplines would include MBA, LLB or equivalent degrees.
