RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
85 year old privately held owner/management company based in Great Neck (our buildings are in Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx and Manhattan) is looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills. This is a full-time position. Must have strong attention to detail. The successful candidate should be capable of working with employees throughout the organization and interacting with building residents as well. Previous experience in the NYC real estate market is preferable. We are looking for someone who is capable of working independently and can assist us in providing a high level of service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: contracting, leasing, DHCR, and violations for the New York metro area, and rent collection. Construction/Maintenance: Review of renovation contracts; Maintain list of all ongoing renovation projects (track progress, budget, and any changes to original scope of work); Perform site visits to review ongoing work and general condition of properties; Interface with various company vendors Leasing: Assist with the leasing processes for new tenant applications, Coordinate with building Superintendents to schedule walk-throughs of apartments which will be coming vacant; Update and distribute weekly reports including status of lease renewals and vacant apartments Tenant Relations: Address resident concerns and maintenance requests in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction with management; work with maintenance team to schedule appointments; Prepare and distribute tenant communications and notices Candidate must also have:
