Summary/Objective: 5 Arch is a fast-moving global private mortgage bank. We have built a powerful lending business that focuses on creating commercial loans for residential fix and flip and rental businesses. Market conditions, operational vigor, and a unique hand on approach to deal making has lead the company to a powerful market position. 5 Arch realizes they have the building blocks in place to drive their business further and faster than the competition while retaining their strategic foothold in the marketplace. Therefore, the team is looking to build its marketplace visibility through ground up initiatives as well as top down partnerships. Marketing will be a critical asset in powering the corporate agenda. Essential Functions:
- 51% travel required
- Markets and promotes 5AFC loan products (short-term, intermediate, and hybrid lines)
- Deploy candidates current book of business for loan creation
- Active current 5 Arch leads on adhoc strategic basis
- Qualify and disqualify leads based on initial info gathered
- Negotiates terms and conditions of loans for qualified leads
- Submits approved deals/terms to Underwriting
- Oversee loan process by monitoring status of items needed to close
- Communicate any updates on loan status to all interested parties
- Helps maintain pipeline and lead generation reporting
- Contributes to overall goals of the department and company as a whole
- Visiting Clients and Travel to conferences at least 50% of the time
