  • Our operation is territory-based from inception, creating eight large income opportunities for each of our Investment sales agents. Each territory is already fully researched, eliminating downtime in creating contacts.
  • All researched data and daily contact interface is managed through our proprietary system dashboard, which also gives a complete daily activity structure. IT system support is provided by a full time, in-house team.
  • 99% of all projects are sold in-house. We do not act as co-brokers with competitive firms so we can maximize an agent’s commission income as well as control the entire transaction process. Additionally, there are no assessed fees or administrative costs to agents. Once you’re here, we’re fully vested in your career.
  • All new listings and projects are pushed out through our entire database within hours to vetted buyer contacts. Our in-house marketing team supports all presentations, listings and valuations, and is capable of moving projects to market within a couple of hours.
  • All marketing materials are designed and produced through our outside marketing communications group, while our PR agency handles all events, and closed transaction and other announcements with the media.
  • Each agent works out of his/her own private glass office, and is fully equipped with a new multi-monitor computer system. Additionally, we employ a full time Tour Administrator to support agents. Our onboarding process includes an agent business portrait, scripted bio and individual marketing materials.
