We are seeking a qualified Development Coordinator to join our team on the development of the Four Seasons Resort & Residences in the heart of Wine Country in Napa Valley, California. JOB DESCRIPTION The Development Coordinator will focus on a broad range of project level support, including FF&E/OS&E procurement and installation, quality control organization and implementation, and residential rental program administration. This individual will support the Vice President of Development, the Development Manager and the Options & Customizations Coordinator. The position requires outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of constituents. THIS POSITION IS FULL-TIME BUT NOT PERMANENT. IT IS PROJECT BASED, AND THE PROJECT IS SCHEDULED TO BE COMPLETED SUMMER 2019. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination of purchasing and installation of furniture, fixtures & equipment ( FF&E ) and operating systems & equipment ( OS&E )
- Interface with FF&E procurement team to maintain purchase order records, track delivery dates and report discrepancies
- Track arrival of FF&E and OS&E onsite, ensuring items are received in good condition and properly stored
- Coordinate with FF&E procurement team to resolve missing or broken items in a timely manner
- Oversee FF&E personnel to ensure proper installation and compliance with plan
- Quality control
- Provide support to deficiency and punch team
- Inspect specific areas for deficiencies, record data into Plan Grid, and monitor resolution
- Residential specifications and warranty packages
- Package residential specifications and warranty information for presentation to homeowners
- Residential rental program
- Assemble individual specification packages for items included in homes participating in rental program
- Design and construction issues
- Research, identify and record contractor related issues for post-completion analysis
- Research, identify and record individual consultant related issues for post-completion analysis
- Inspect on-site stored materials such as marble, cabinetry, plumbing, lighting, etc. for proper storage and security
- Overall project management and administration
- Document meeting minutes, and establish a record of discussions and decisions
