Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Produce marketing and advertising materials including flyers, proposals, floor plans and other packages
- Supports the brokers with all administrative functions of leasing and sales
- Updates and maintains various information databases including LoopNet & CoStar
- Provides back up to the Office Manager for answering phones and greeting visitors
- Reviews incoming correspondence and determine appropriate actions needed
- Plans, coordinates, and supports weekly marketing meetings
- Prepares lease and sales contracts and reviews them for accuracy
- Administers commission invoicing
Other Skills and/or Abilities:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Paralegal background helpful
- A team player, results oriented with exceptional time management skills
- Ability to exercise initiative
- Creative problem solver able to understand diverse tenant needs
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher
- 5+ years of administrative experience in commercial real estate preferred
