Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Analytical and detail oriented personality with the ability to comprehend, analyze, interpret and create various types of business documents.
* Must have a BA with strong financial, computer, analytical and writing skills. Previous experience in real estate, a degree in finance, and a real estate/mortgage broker license is preferred.
* Experience with Excel is required.
* Experience with ARGUS is favorable.
* Experience with In-Design and/or other Graphic software experience a plus.
* The ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries from team members and clients.
* The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive, proactive work ethic and approach.
