Description
Coordinate and manage underwriting data in order to assure compliance with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae commitment and delivery requirements. Work closely with underwriting, closing, legal and asset management to develop and manage CBRE's delivery pipeline with timeline(s) and procedures/controls.
CBRE Multifamily Capital Inc. - Operations Analyst requires anywhere between 0 - 3 years multi-family underwriting and/or agency operations experience to work within the CBRE Affordable Housing team. Limited oversight dependent on competencies. Primary responsibilities include:
- Manage CBRE operations for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae deal flow
- Manage delivery pipeline and Underwriting Checklists
- Work closely with Underwriting, Closing, Legal and Asset Management to manage events in the loan commitment and delivery processes
- Act as Administrator for all loan applications
- Review underwriting data obtained for compliance with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae
- Special Projects / Prepare and present training materials/Audits
- Support underwriting team with various underwriting tasks/analyses
- Manage loan related documents and exhibits
- Maintain control files
- Maintain trading documents
- Participate in all underwriting meetings
- Represent CBRE in monthly and quarterly operations meetings
- Manage communications between Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae Operations teams and Underwriting
- Analyses of metric reports
Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, excellent written communication and analytical skills, must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to work effectively with other team members and Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae in a fast-paced environment. Must be proficient in MS-Excel, Word and Office. The ideal candidate will have a BS in finance, accounting, economics, real estate or other related subject but not required.
