A boutique real estate capital advisory firm headquartered in Manhattan is seeking seasoned real estate professionals to join a highly successful real estate capital team. Firm has a great track record having closed over $150 Billion of large debt and equity transactions over last 20 years.
Job Description/ Qualifications
- Originate real estate debt, mezzanine, preferred equity and JV equity transactions across all asset classes.
- Work with a team to execute and place transactions.
- Must have strong and successful track record of being retained by owners, operators and developers to advise on capital raising assignments.
- Strong lender & investor contacts a plus.
Firm provides excellent commission splits.
