General Responsibilities:

• Support Multifamily Investments team with all aspects of managing the multifamily real estate portfolio. 
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets.
• Prepare asset valuations, hold/sell analysis, and cash flow forecasts.
• Analyze existing performance reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis with the goal of identifying areas of opportunity.
• Facilitate information flow between property management, accounting, due diligence/acquisition and multifamily investments teams.
• Assist in creation of presentation materials and communications sent to investors and executive management.

• The ideal candidate would be one that has a natural curiosity for analyzing numbers and determining “the story” driving those numbers. 

   

  Position Requirements:

• BS/BA in Business, Accounting or Finance. Degree concentration in Real Estate Finance preferred.
• 3-5 years of commercial real estate analytical experience. Multifamily experience preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate finance principles and investment return concepts/calculations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel an absolute must with experience creating meaningful tables and cash flow models.
• Research skills an absolute must.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
