Sr. Analyst/Associate – Structured Products

Responsibilities
- Analytical, due diligence and transactional support on new product ideas, restructuring, acquisition and new business opportunities.
- Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuation type modeling supported by research and analysis of comparable companies, precedents, DCF.
- Prepare materials, including investment memoranda, management presentations and
- Undertake market research to be current on transaction activity, new market entrants, and competitive offerings
- Support product implementation, from concept through execution.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 2-4 years’ experience in financial services; exposure to real estate or structured finance preferred, but not essential
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics preferred
- Prior finance, banking or transaction related experience preferred
- Experience and strength in financial modeling and analysis, company valuation, business plan development, market/industry research and analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical skills, ability to resolve simple and complex issues quickly and accurately
- Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational skills and attention to detail
