Economic Development & Real Estate Advisory Services Internship

Kosmont Companies is a respected award-winning advisory services and transaction firm offering a full range of real estate and economic development, economic advisory, public/private project finance and planning services for public agencies and private sector investors, developers, and lenders.

Kosmont Companies is currently seeking an eager, intelligent, persistent, and capable intern to work closely and directly with senior personnel to work on research, analysis, client assignments and marketing endeavors related to Regional Housing Needs Assessment/Housing Element compliance, Surplus Land Act, Tax Increment Financing (TIF) districts, pension funding, and various public/private transactions related issues.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and able to handle multiple assignments and tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment that requires strong analytical, mathematical, and oral and written communication skills to perform the following functions and tasks:

- Assist with proposal writing

- Participate in marketing calls and meetings

- Assist with preparation of client project deliverables and marketing materials

- Research and data evaluation
