AR Global is a global asset manager with an emphasis on real estate investing with approximately $12 billion of assets under management is seeking an Analyst to join our New York office.
The analyst role would support both the acquisitions and asset management teams focused on Healthcare Trust Inc. REIT () and the New York City REIT ().
Position and Responsibilities
- Use Argus Enterprise and Excel to design financial models for cash flow analysis, market approach valuation, and cost approach valuation for asset acquisitions
- Experience with developing financial models, cash flows, IRR, DCF, Cash on Cash analysis, etc..
- Assist with preparing and presenting the results of analyses in a clear and concise manner
- Assist with asset management including leasing, tenant relations, and annual/quarterly budgeting
- Drafting new deal submissions and Investment Committee memos
- Perform in-depth industry, market, and competitor research
- Review industry information as well as economic and demographic trends
- Requires knowledge of financial terms, concepts, and accounting principles
- Requires ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret financial information and the ability to accurately explain/report activity in verbal and written communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Real Estate, Finance or Accounting preferred)
- Minimum 1-3 years of real estate experience with an emphasis on underwriting commercial real estate properties
- Prior experience in office, retail and/or healthcare properties preferred
- Intermediate or advanced experience in Argus Enterprise and Excel
- Financial modeling experience
- Strong research and writing skills

Compensation
