The Bullpen HQ team is growing! We're looking for an additional Account Manager to join our team.
Why are we hiring another account manager?
Bullpen has been on a tear since April 2021 (when we reached product-market fit). Since then, we have grown our revenue by 5x! We did all of this with one account manager, and he is currently overwhelmed with quality leads. More growth requires more great account managers to work with our employer clients.
What makes a good account manager?
At the end of last year, we started pursuing bigger clients who have bigger needs (fun fact - our top client has hired more than 6 freelancers in the past 2 months). A good account manager will have the interpersonal skills and comfort required to work in mid-size and large organizations. A GREAT account manager will also come with relationships at big commercial real estate companies.

Details - Account Manager (Bullpen HQ)
Compensation: Base ($50k - $70k) + Commission (target $70k - $100k)
Stock Options: Yes
Benefits: 100% remote, unlimited PTO, health, dental, and vision
Experience: Mid-level commercial real estate professional with sales experience. Bonus if you have staffing experience and/or meaningful connections within large commercial real estate firms.
Time Commitment: Full-time
Job duties:
- 80% Manage inbound sales pipeline, walking clients from initial interest through contract signing
- 10% Lead targeted outbound campaigns to find new clients (when it makes sense)
- 10% Support Bullpen growth initiatives -- bring new ideas as to how we can grow our network
