The Digital Marketing Associate will hold responsibility for the development and management of reporting for global marketing trends, channel performance for both traditional and digital environments, financial analysis, and vendor performance in support of the marketing department, asset management, and supporting departments.  This role will manage preferred partner (vendor) relationship and participate in the vetting and selection of these partners in support of the Marketing Director.  The Sr. Marketing Data Analyst will report on financial performance of marketing spend and ROI as well as manage accounting and GL related procedures.

What you will do:

This position participates in the development and ongoing management of digital marketing programs and strategies that support LivCor’s strategic goals and ongoing marketing success of our portfolio. Primary responsibility is to support the Digital Marketing team leads with projects and day to day management. If you like to wear many hats, this role is for you.  You’ll never be bored and always learning new skills.

  • Administer any combination of the day-to-day operations within the digital marketing department such as web domain account purchases, transfers and DNS requests, local business listings and website analytics programs, administration of various marketing tools, and assisting in strategy and program development, providing education and ongoing regional team member support.
  • Assist with data integrity by validating the accuracy of information in our database. Regular cadence of analysis to note any outliers that may need to be addressed
  • On & off boarding of community properties and their digital support processes
  • Interface with various departments to review, update, and provide quality assurance oversight for property web products, analytics, social, and reputation management
  • Assist with requests that come to the marketing request queue.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on a project-by-project basis. Attend, consult, and contribute at meetings with both internal and external partners or other parties when required
  • Works collaboratively with additional marketing and non-marketing team members on cross departmental initiatives and projects closely related to and/or impacted by, or impacting other department initiatives.
  • Participate in the creation of marketing communication materials, training materials, other program collateral and conducts live and recorded team member education sessions.
  • Utilize department database to document individual work and team member work to improve collaboration and efficiency, also completes assigned help desk tickets supporting digital marketing.

 

What you should have:

Required:

  • A minimum of three (2) years work experience marketing with a focus on digital marketing strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A strong work ethic, the strength to thrive in a dynamic and demanding work environment and an ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as design-oriented report development experience.

Preferred:

  • Prior marketing agency experience and/or multifamily marketing management.
  • Prior experience with digital marketing, marketing analytics and technology systems.
  • Experience working at a publicly traded real estate, institutional financial services, or public/private equity firm preferred. In addition, experience in REIT performance metrics and reporting preferred.
