Sera Global is seeking to add a Project Coordinator to its Real Estate Team in its New York office. This role provides an excellent opportunity for the candidate to work with a deeply experienced team and to gain exposure to capital markets, and in particular, the real estate sector. The candidate will enter a flexible, dynamic, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented environment that fosters collaboration and personal development. Role Description & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Real Estate team members on all major projects (e.g. private capital advisory, investment banking etc.) where necessary and serve as the “go to” resource for the Real Estate team
  • Follow up with team members in preparing marketing materials including pitch books, portfolio snapshots, offering materials and research materials, maintain tracked versions and support updates requested in relevant business development activities
  • Lead the team’s management of the Client Relationship Management system, responsibilities may include:
      • Track mandate status, business activities, client information, and produce activity reports
      • Assist in logging opportunity activities for emails and meeting notes
      • Provide insight to further improvement of data storage and CRM process; establish best practices and train the team how to adopt them
  • Monitor multiple real estate database for industry insights, daily news, investor updates; prepare summary reports and analysis to educate the wider real estate team
  • Track the team’s activities with potential clients and investors and provide related deliverables including preparing pre-meeting memos and investor trackers
  • Contribute to ad-hoc requests, broader projects and initiatives across the Real Estate Group as a resource for private capital advisory and investment banking teams

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong writing and quantitative skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and desire to work as part of a close-knit team
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
  • Candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and self-motivation and must be able to work independently, across a variety of responsibilities and at a fast pace
  • Preferably familiar with DealCloud Client Relationship Management system and private market research tools
  • Strong desire to learn and interest in the real estate sector
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
