ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides end user support for a specific application and translates those needs for developing test plans.

Analyses business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties.

Implements systems applications and tests end-user processes.

Creates/delivers correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end user training.

Responds to client inquiries involving application questions.

Develops customized queries and reports utilizing complex table matrices.

Interacts with clients, internal and external, acting as a liaison between business and technology areas.

Works on applications problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

Analyses business and user needs, documenting requirements, with the minimal guidance of a Business Systems Advisor.

Previous Anaplan experience helpful, but not required

Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as functional guidance, and/or training to co-workers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

Process and data driven mindset and experienced in working on the edge of processes, data and systems. Flexible towards working outside local time zones when needed. Team player and able to build strong relationships with users across regions.

Can easily switch between operational and strategic business requirements.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 4-6 years of experience.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

None
COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Understands finance and working in a regulated environment. Preferably experience with real estate or investment/asset management.
REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.

Proven experience with project management methodologies (waterfall/agile).

Experience and understanding of Data governance, Data Analytics and reporting capabilities.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
