Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice Presidents of Standards & Experience acts as the hub between the experience team, standards team, and various business teams to define the client experience and build operational models focused on consistency and optimal performance. 



  • Extract actionable insights from client research and business performance data to identify areas to enhance Valet Living’s position in the marketplace
  • Author and execute end-to-end transformation efforts focused on streamlining business processes that deliver on the organization’s strategic priorities
  • Lead the standards and solutions team, who define and identify operational objectives, ensuring core experience concepts are codified for ongoing innovation
  • Lead the experience team, who use client feedback loops to establish a metrics-based approach to measuring client experience
  • In partnership with the marketing team, define the voice of the client and prioritize and manage the execution of Valet Living’s standards and experience roadmap
  • Deeply understand the Valet Living operating model and the impact any changes will have on the client
  • Drive generation of quantitative analysis and qualitative insights to support continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities for client service and operational improvements as we scale the business
  • Manage the creation, delivery, and support of repeatable models to build know-how, drive consistency and increase accountability
  • Establish relationships with cross-functional leaders to maximize collaboration, performance, and growth
  • Oversee development of Valet Living’s client lifecycle
  • Prepare and present insights, plans, recommendations, and status reports to executive stakeholders



  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA a plus
  • Must have experience in e-commerce, food, hospitality, retail, or similar industry with a client-first strategy
  • Previous private equity experience preferred
  • 10+ years of operations management or other related experience
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a business strategy role
  • Must have experience managing a team of 3+ people towards high performing achievements
  • Must have experience working with agility in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience working for both a large enterprise and either a start-up or high-growth organization is a plus
  • Experience growing a company from early stage to strong market presence and significant revenue is a plus
  • Experience overseeing interdisciplinary teams through research, strategy development, and deployment
  • Experience translating business goals into operational objectives

  • Proven experience taking business initiatives from conception to launch
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability synthesize complex situations into clear, convincing point of view with recommendations
  • Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and proactively drive change
  • Strong aptitude to learn new things, positive attitude, high energy, ability to work with different departments
