Bilzin Sumberg is seeking finance attorneys with 7+ years of sophisticated experience leading and supervising complex loan transactions of borrowers or lenders, including mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, intercreditor agreements and secondary transactions. Major law firm experience preferred. This position offers many benefits including a flexible work arrangement.
Bilzin Sumberg is seeking finance associates with 3-7 years of sophisticated experience representing lenders or borrowers in complex loan transactions, including mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, intercreditor agreements and secondary transactions. Additional experience in supporting partners in M&A and/or Joint Venture transactions will be favorably considered. Candidates must possess strong academic experience. Major law firm experience preferred. This position offers many benefits including a flexible work arrangement.
