Description
The Regional Property Manager's duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
• Responsible for financial management of the portfolio including monthly financials, development and review of property budgets.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to Property Managers.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain open lines of communication among management, staff and residents.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies (online and conventional sources).
• Assure that the policies and procedures of the company are carried out by management teams.
• Have general knowledge of building systems and components.
• Conduct property visits regularly to provide Property Managers with recommendations and observations to improve the property.
• Build teams to unite staff within the portfolio and create a cohesive working environment.
• Stabilize the retention of staff members and develop career paths for those who desire growth.
• Supervise Vendor bidding and preparation of vendor contracts.
• Other duties as necessary.

• Experience as a Regional Manager in residential property management. CPM/CAM designation is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, commensurate work experience will also be taken into account.
• Experience managing a portfolio with over 600 units.
• Knowledge and use of a management software such as Yardi, MRI, OneSite and ResMan: YMP REM will train the successful candidate in the use of ResMan.
• A strong and effective leader and communicator with high level presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
