Description

Company Introduction:

RMWC, founded in 2008, manages three single-strategy Secured Bridge Lending funds and one multi-strategy credit fund which invest in several sectors across the private credit universe.  All four funds are income-producing, capital preservation vehicles for “sleep well at night money”.  RMWC also provides commercial real estate transactional advisory services.

CEO Coleman Andrews’ and CIO Steven Fischler’s combined experiences and perspectives are integral to managing private real estate credit through turbulent markets.  They lead a team which since 2012, together and in their prior work, has collectively transacted as principal or advisor on more than $3 billion of funded real estate-based mortgage, mezzanine, and equity investments.

Coleman’s  diverse experience at Bain Capital and Bain & Company, his prior experience as CEO of two global companies, and lessons learned through several economic and market cycles informs the Firm’s strategies.

Steven’s  extensive front-line real estate lending experience at Lehman during the  bankruptcy and value recovery periods informs the Firm’s sourcing, underwriting, and asset management.
