  • Review financial reporting and variance analyses and coordinate with accounting personnel to ensure that financial statements are accurately presented.
  • Perform property inspections to monitor performance and compliance with approved business plans and policies, as well as identify opportunities for improvement and value creation and any issues that may require additional action.
  • Understand the local markets, competitive apartment communities, the development pipeline, and other economic drivers that could impact asset performance.
  • Assist with due diligence to support new property acquisitions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-10 years of prior market rate, multifamily real estate asset management experience.
  • Qualified candidates will have overseen a portfolio of diverse multifamily communities.

  • Thorough understanding of reporting and financial statements
  • Knowledge of and experience managing multifamily value add projects and business plans
  • Team player with the ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and multi-task.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
