M-M Properties, Inc., a privately owned real estate investor and developer, based in Houston, Texas, with assets in excess of $1.2 billion, with 5.7 MM SF of self-managed office and 1,300 apartment units in our portfolio, is recruiting a Senior Property Manager to be based in Bellevue, Washington. The candidate must be a motivated, self-starter who is detail oriented and looking for a senior position within the office property management sector of the real estate industry. The Senior Property Manager candidate will office at the property and will have full responsibility for the operations, tenant relation programs, budgeting, capital investment implementation and reporting for a 100% leased, Class A office property with high quality tenancy.  In addition, the candidate will be exposed to a wide variety of projects supporting the business and expansion efforts of the company in the Seattle MSA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize tenant relations for tenant retention
  • Assist property leasing agents with tenant showings
  • Administer leases including monitoring of lease provisions
  • Preparation of lease abstracts for new leases
  • Preparation of annual operating and capital budgets
  • Preparation of monthly reporting package
  • Preparation of annual operating expense reconciliations
  • Manage and lead on-site personnel including administrative, engineers and security
  • Support asset management in interaction with investment partners
  • Assist in acquisition of new properties including due diligence.
  • Oversee tenant improvement and capital projects

Preferred Characteristics & Skills:

  • Proven supervision and management ability
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Strong reporting skills (financial, operating and budgeting)
  • Proven project management skills
  • High proficiency computer skills (MS Office, Word and Excel)

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years in a commercial property manager role
