Investor Relations Manager

Job Summary

The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for creating and executing the investor relations strategy for the firm. He/she will be involved in all aspects of the business and a key point of contact for new and existing investors. The position requires a high degree of energy, enthusiasm, technical competence, and professionalism as this person will have significant visibility, both internally and externally. Additional responsibilities include:

• Lead on written marketing materials, presentations, written content, quantitative analyses, and detailed due diligence materials
• Draft quarterly reports and letters to investors
• Respond to investor queries on firm updates, fund investment updates, performance metrics, etc.
• Participate in marketing meetings
• Prepare materials for investor meetings and conferences
• Aggregate data and share observations with senior management in a sophisticated, concise fashion; propose new ideas
• Work directly with the partners of the firm

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, and/or Business-related degree
• 4+ years’ experience at an investment bank or alternative asset manager and /or marketing experience
• Demonstrated strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to evaluate and form independent judgements
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills; ability to interact and build relationships with people across the firm at different levels of seniority
• Self starter with a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness and desire to learn
• Capacity to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential information
• Highly detail oriented
• Driven, strong passion for self development
