Position Overview:
The position of Investor Services Associate will play a key role in all investor-related activities while
supporting the Firm’s critical fund raising and marketing process. The successful candidate will help to
facilitate the information flow between the Firm and consultants and domestic/foreign investors. This
selected candidate will respond to questions relative to investment strategy and fund performance, in
addition to other issues that are germane to an investor’s interest and knowledge. This position requires
taking an active role in communicating with existing clients, including distribution of investor reporting,
responding to new business proposals (RFP’s), coordinating Fund closings, and maintaining the investor
database. The position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work closely with senior members of
the portfolio management and business development teams. The successful candidate will be an excellent
project manager, with the ability to be self-sufficient in accessing information from various sources inside
the Firm and packaging external communications effectively.

Essential Job Functions:
• Respond to consultant and investor requests for information (RFPs and DDQs) across multiple
product lines, including editing prior responses and writing new responses
• Work directly with senior portfolio management and business development teams to create
marketing materials, including PPMs and DDQs for current investor updates and potential investors
as well as due diligence presentations
• Manage the coordination of investor closings into Firm products, including working closely with
legal counsel and third-party administrators to coordinate investor subscription documents and
limited partnership agreements.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure investor inquiries are completed in a timely manner and with thoughtful answers that satisfy
the investor and maintain corporate / brand message.
• Track, monitor and respond to questions sent to the Investor Services mailbox; assist with various
mailing to investors when needed.
• Ensure RFP database is up to date with most current responses across product lines
• Help prepare reports, spreadsheets and presentations as necessary
• Perform regular research on industry trends, peers, capital markets, and develop regular
communication and reporting for senior management
• Consistently record all key information regarding investor activities in firm CRM.
• Various special projects as requested

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree related to communications and/or accounting and finance and will have
demonstrated strong academic performance and extracurricular involvement during these programs
• 2-5 years of progressive experience working in Investor Services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and prioritization abilities
• Solid business acumen and understanding of financial terminology
• Understanding of SEC regulations impacting investor communications
• Knowledge of investor documentation, including subscription agreements and limited partnership
agreements (law firm experience a plus)
• Advanced technical experience, proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Publisher
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative work style; extremely flexible, adaptable, a selfstarter
with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to assess issues, gather information, solve issues and report when necessary
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
