Overview:
Rapidly growing luxury-focused development group based in the Rocky Mountains is looking for a highly experienced Asset Manager to spearhead and grow the Asset Management department. This person will have a central role across all business lines within the company to ensure execution of business plans, oversight of operations, reporting, and communication with partners. Role is based in home office and in office daily.

We are a luxury focused development / real estate investment firm with holdings in Colorado, Florida, and the Southeast, with heavy deal flow pipeline in high barrier of entry markets throughout the country and Europe. Primarily focused on retail and hospitality – whether it is ground up construction, restoration, or re-merchandising.
Responsibilities:
Candidate to take over all Asset Management responsibilities and put in processes to promote efficiencies and allow firm to stay lean during the firm’s growth mode. This candidate will be the quarterback between Acquisitions, Construction, Leasing and Accounting. Must be extremely detail oriented.
- Oversee execution of business plans
- Oversee operations, including creating & maintaining budgeting and forecasts
- Organize and maintain operational and financing data
- Work closely with Acquisitions on Due Diligence on new acquisitions and onboard post-close
- Working relationships with all lenders, partners, and tenants
Skills and Experience
- At least 5+ years in Asset Management for a PE, IB, REIT, or development firm
- Degrees in Finance, Accounting, Law preferred. MBA preferred.
- Experience in tenant relationships
- Analytical mindset and detailed oriented
- Understanding of acquisitions & development process
- Experience with multiple Asset Management-centric software’s
- Expert in excel
- Proactive and multi-task skills are a must
- Experience across all asset types
