Investment Analyst – Real Estate Acquisitions

As an Investment Analyst you will support the private real estate team and take part in all aspects of private market investments, with a particular focus on direct and secondary real estate investments. For this challenging opportunity, the ideal candidate would be a self-starter who works well in a very entrepreneurial environment and possesses solid social skills.

Responsibilities Include:

•           Perform quantitative and qualitative due diligence on prospective real estate investments

•           Write investment recommendations for presentation to investment committee

•           Perform various tasks related to investment monitoring, product reporting, market research and marketing efforts

•           Coordination of transaction documentation and execution (in conjunction with internal and external legal counsel)

•           Coordinate with senior professionals to underwrite and execute direct and secondary transactions in the Americas

• Partners Group compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes performance based long term incentives. Base pay range for this role is $90k – 115k and typically a significant performance-based bonus.
