Position: Sales and Marketing Director, New Condominium Developments – Manhattan, NY

We are currently searching to add to our team of experts, a talented Sales and Marketing Director for New Condo Developments, with a focus on the NYC condo residential market.


Position Overview:


As a member of our team, the Sales and Marketing Director of New Condo Developments will execute sales and marketing strategies inclusive of, but not limited to, market reviews and analysis, unit type, design and pricing, branding, property identity, interior design, sales and media budget and plans, sales strategy, offices and model apartments, public relations, press releases, production and creative, to successfully develop, launch, market and sell our new residential condo development projects. With teamwork, strong communication and project management skills being key elements to success, the Sales and Marketing Director will partner and coordinate with many teams across the real estate industry to guarantee the sales and marketing objectives link to our strategy and drive our operations and buyer’s satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, execute, and enhance cohesive sales and marketing strategies and plans for our current and future condo development portfolio in NYC.
  • Create, develop, and oversee design, pricing, sales, branding, property identity, media plans, amenities package, FF&E, creative, production, execution, quality control, website development, campaigns, public relations, press, social media, sales teams, and marketing events.
  • Responsible for new development sales and marketing budget planning process and overall budget management.
  • Analyze and report detailed data on the performance of new developments, marketing opportunities for sales increase and buyers’ satisfaction.
  • Oversee sales and marketing teams, agencies, vendors, and partners, inclusive of their scopes of work and project plans.
  • Meet project deadlines, perfectly executed, optimized and are on-budget.

Qualifications and skills:

  • An Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree, preferably in Marketing/Communications.
  • 5 years at the position as Sales and Marketing Director with NYC Real Estate Development and/or Sales and Marketing experience is required.
  • Sales and Marketing Communications, Strategic Thinking, Digital Marketing, and Branding experience is required.
  • Expert sales and marketing skills, strong project management skills and detailed oriented.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Digital Analysis, Reporting Tools, Social Media Marketing and Networking.
