Position Summary
KLNB is a commercial real estate brokerage firm active throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region with offices in Tysons, VA, Washington, DC, Columbia, MD & Towson, MD. We provide advisory services to retail Landlords and Tenants. These services primarily involve lease negotiations, project merchandising and tenant prospecting on the Landlord’s behalf, and site selection services for tenants.

Key Responsibilities
- Account management of existing brokerage business
- Research local market through driving studies, Costar, LandVision, Placer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other programs.
- Add properties and prospects to CRM tool, including new contacts, etc. Prepare weekly call lists for Broker Mentor.
- Provide tours of Landlord listings and assist in preparing Broker Mentor’s Tenant tours.
- Submit and track customer billings.
- Coordinate with marketing on brochures, tours, aerials, pitches, or anything else Broker Mentor needs to assist his clients and posting on associated databases.
- Attend networking events such as ICSC, Green Group, and other local events.
- Provide high-level of customer service to existing/prospective clients including but not limited to preparing LOIs, tracking Pipeline, Client Reporting, finding new deals, and returning Sign Line Calls.
- Assisting in the beginning of the sales process by prospecting for new business, such as sending letters, cold calling, and canvassing shopping centers.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university.
- Experience in commercial real estate preferred, but not necessary; we seek people who are self-starters with a strong work ethic and willing to learn.
- Excellent communication skills-- verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize; strong organizational skills, discipline and persistence
- Employment will be conditioned on candidate securing an initial real estate salesperson license in VA, MD or DC.
