Job Summary:

Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

Compensation: $70,000 + Commission Based Bonuses

Travel: Minimal

As part of the BEC team, you will build professional relationships with high-net worth individuals, learn everything there is to know about real estate investing from industry leaders, and be able to attend one of the largest real estate investing conferences in the nation. You will have the opportunity to make all our events successful from the comfort of your own home year-round. Although this year is virtual, past years were in-person and future years will be in-person as well.

 

Who We Are:

BEC was founded by two of the premier real estate investing professionals in the U.S. – Ben Lapidus from Spartan Investment Group and Joe Fairless, co-founder of Ashcroft Capital. Joe Fairless is also the host of the Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever Show, the world’s longest-running daily real estate investing podcast, from which the conference gets its name. Ben and Joe started Best Ever Conferences to pull together the nation’s leading real estate and passive investing professionals under one roof.

 

Who You Are:

You are someone who has a strong sales background with a proven track record. You are diligent about hitting specific deadlines and consistently achieving your KPI goals. You are proactive and will bring fresh ideas to increase sales growth. You utilize all the digital tools at your disposal to create excitement around a successful event.

 

 

Your Work and How You Will Make a Difference:

The Sales and Marketing Manager’s role is vital to the growth of the conference. You will be responsible for ticket sales by:

• Ensuring partners are promoting the conference and creating incentives for them to do so.
• Driving the Affiliate sales program, bringing on hundreds of affiliates year-round to promote the conference to their networks and tracking the results.
• Building an online community around the events. Driving engagement year-round by adding value and generating ticket sales.
• Executing an engagement plan (like webinars) to keep the conference in the forefront of attendees throughout the year.
• Overseeing and scaling a master year-long marketing, advertising, and promotional plan.
• Designing and copywriting marketing collateral across all potential mediums.
• Generating “product placement” by scheduling podcasts and YouTube appearances that feature the business.

Responsibilities Summary:

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, sales, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in marketing or equivalent area of expertise with proven track record
• Experience with demonstrated success in Sales
• Excellent project management skills 
• Real Estate experience preferred
