The Everset is a furniture rental and staging company that services the New York City area. We offer designer curated furniture without the burden of ownership. We partner with some of the largest property owners in the world to make furniture a must have amenity for their tenants.
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to develop new relationships with real estate brokers, developers, property owners and manage these partnerships once in place. This position will work closely with our CEO.

Responsibilities
- Develop new relationships with real estate brokers, developers, property owners
- Prepare proposals for new clients.
- Manage existing partnerships. This includes making weekly phone calls to partners, providing them with marketing materials. Visiting model units to ensure they meet our standards.
- Develop marketing materials used onsite at partner properties.
- Track sales through real estate partners and prepare and distribute reports.
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years working in real estate (development, property management, broker)
- Resourceful and able to network within the real estate community
- Has existing relationships in real estate industry (not required but a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
