Job Summary:

Sales Representatives drive company sales by continually identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships. Candidate should be comfortable in cold calling potential clients and have a book of business to build upon.  This person would also have direct client contact and be responsible for taking new sales calls, working with the customer from concept through design, and following up through production to ensure top quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

  • Understand the market and segment targets based on our strategy and goals. Develop and manage a pipeline that achieves quarterly revenue goals and leads to scalability and growth
  • Land new accounts and maximize revenues from existing ones; this is a “hunter”, and a “farmer” role
  • Use data-driven approaches as well as relationship-building to selling and finding new leads
  • Use tools such as CRM  
  • Create sales pitches that will connect with a broad range of audiences
  • Target market will be brands refining retail strategy
  • Gain technical knowledge and a thorough awareness of brands’ needs
  • Be able to answer clients’ objections and find acceptable options for client
  • Be a brand ambassador who can bring back clients’ feedback and suggestions to help us improve our products and services

  • Local and National sales scope with some travel potentially required

 

MEASURING PERFORMANCE:

  • You will be evaluated based on monthly and quarterly sales goals 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong business development background
  • Experience working Experience in one of these areas is required: architectural/commercial interiors, retail interiors and displays, print signage applications for indoors/outdoors, fleet and vehicle wraps or tradeshow and exhibit experience.
  • Candidate must have a very outgoing personality, be highly organized, extremely dependable, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous Sales Experience preferred
  • Experience developing and managing nation programs

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience of working as a Graphic Designer, or other similar position
  • Adobe Illustrator: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Adobe Photoshop: 2 year (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw
  • Motivated, Disciplined, Self-Starter with demonstrated strong work ethics
  • Basic knowledge of product and/or services pertaining to the job
  • Must be able to pass a post job offer drug screen & background check
  • College degree and/or certification in Graphic Design or Marketing preferred
