Real Estate Analyst & Associate Product Manager

Rabbu is seeking an experienced individual to be a key part of a team that is using technology to change the short-term rental & hospitality industry.

As Real Estate Analyst & Associate Product Manager, you will drive results by leading the building of a product (or products) that establish Rabbu as the #1 resource for property investors to understand a) how their property will perform based on alternative rental strategies and b) how to increase their portfolio by recommending properties ideal for alternative rental strategies. Those products will serve as a top of the funnel driver of sales leads for doors under management, capturing Marketing Qualified Leads.

Your primary initial responsibility will be owning the roadmap for our Insights Tool (insights.rabbu.com) so that it becomes a best-in-class underwriting tool for property investors and potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong personal accountability for results, strong commitment to teamwork in support of the company’s success, adherence to ethical business practices, and comfort operating in a start-up environment with an ability to prioritize and drive actions to closure.

• Write detailed sprint tickets for new features for the Insights Tool
• Underwrite prospects' properties for Account Executives
• Compile and maintain a comprehensive roadmap of epics and features for the Insights Tool
• Test the Insights Tool, and gather feedback from users to gain perspective on how to improve it
• Work closely with the Growth team to prioritize marketing features of the product, including account creation, drip email campaigns, weekly emails of curated properties, and more
• Work closely with company and industry advisors to understand our customers' top metrics for evaluating properties, and incorporate those into our suite of products • Write reports and put together presentations on a regular basis summarizing key insights from the data and distribute to the leadership team and the broader company
• Research existing solutions in the marketplace and identify gaps in those solutions to solve real problems for our customers

Skills and Expertise:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Strong experience underwriting Real Estate transactions (single family, multifamily, hospitality), ideally on the acquisition side of an institutional real estate investment firm.
• Ability to translate insights from data into action recommendations.
• Some experience with Product Management and roadmap creation.
• Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
• Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record as a top-performer academically and in prior career positions.
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the mission of Rabbu.
