Associate Civil Engineer

The City of Sacramento is looking to hire an Associate Civil Engineer in building plan review. An associate engineer in the Community Development Department’s Building Division will ideally have experience plan reviewing or designing building projects using all building materials and construction types.  The engineer will be familiar with the California Building Code and reference standards, have excellent customer service and communication skills, and have critical thinking skills to resolve engineering issues. Organization and time management skills are key to juggling multiple projects and assignments.
