Downtown Investment firm seeking a seasoned Property Manager to handle the day to day operations of our residential properties in Downtown Los Angeles.
The ideal candidate is strong in building operations, marketing units, touring and closing leasing contracts. Our Property Manager also oversees the timely completion of unit turns. Annual budget preparation is part of the duties of our Property Manager, also directly responsible for the timely submittal of monthly financial reports, and rent collections. In charge of processing invoices, work orders, and service bids. YARDI Voyager experience is a must, as it will enable you to "hit the ground running" when you join our team.
