Executive Vice President – Investment Sales

 

NAI Partners is expanding our investment sales team, and we are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and capable sales professional to join our team as Executive Vice President of Investment Sales - Texas.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial real estate investment sales and building/leading an investment sale team. The Executive Vice President role will have the opportunity to develop a team (or teams) across our various regions, with focus on any and all product types.  This role has the flexibility of being based in Houston, Austin or San Antonio. 

 

The compensation package for this position is comprised of a base salary plus revenue bonus.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing, leading and building an Investment Sales team across Texas
  • Recruiting and developing new associates
  • Assisting investment sales associates by attending sales presentations and addressing technical sales issues
  • Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources
  • Negotiating exclusive listing agreements, marketing to qualified buyers and negotiating offers in conjunction with investment sales team
  • Advising clients on their individualized real estate investment strategies
  • Presenting marketing proposals to clients
  • Attending networking and industry events

 

What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?

  • 10+ years of successful and verifiable commercial real estate investment sales experience
  • Experience leading a real estate sales team
  • Strong track record of proven leadership and sales growth in a commercial real estate brokerage organization
  • Willing to put in the hours building your business in order to create long term success
  • Professional image and strong communication skills
  • Able to present effectively to ‘C’ level prospects and concisely deliver a message
  • Impeccable work ethic and high level of professional integrity
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Currently in, or ability to relocate to, one of our three markets in Texas
