Top Douglas Elliman RE Broker looking for an Executive Assistant

Qualifications:
- NYC Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license required
- Prior real estate experience and knowledge of real estate CRMs is required
- Candidates with prior experience at a large firm are preferred
- Must be upbeat, creative, and friendly with a positive attitude.
- Must be exceptionally well spoken and have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly, both orally and in writing
- Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy
- Must be computer savvy and a fast typist
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in scheduling, with access to phone and email at all times.
- Ability to creating marketing & promotional materials to support a Top Ten Team.
- Excellent problem solving and people skills required
- Professional, polished and put-together look.
- Must able to create marketing materials and board packages
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook & ability to learn new programs quickly.
Job Description:
- Think outside of the box to create and generate new leads
- Support team leader with day-to-day tasks
- File, answer phones, send/respond to emails, and other clerical duties
- Assist with bookkeeping/accounting functions as appropriate
- Showing properties, going to inspections, etc.
- Maintain good client-agent-relationships
- Manage listings and help create marketing materials
- Put together presentations, pitch decks, and board packages
- Perform other duties, as assigned
