Top Douglas Elliman RE Broker looking for an Executive Assistant

 

Considering the current global pandemic, our team is using this period to re-strategize and be creative. We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, extremely proactive, and who can think outside of the box with cautious optimism.

 

Qualifications:

  • NYC Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license required
  • Prior real estate experience and knowledge of real estate CRMs is required
  • Candidates with prior experience at a large firm are preferred
  • Must be upbeat, creative, and friendly with a positive attitude.
  • Must be exceptionally well spoken and have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly, both orally and in writing
  • Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy
  • Must be computer savvy and a fast typist
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility in scheduling, with access to phone and email at all times.
  • Ability to creating marketing & promotional materials to support a Top Ten Team.
  • Excellent problem solving and people skills required
  • Professional, polished and put-together look.
  • Must able to create marketing materials and board packages
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook & ability to learn new programs quickly.

 

Job Description:

 

  • Think outside of the box to create and generate new leads
  • Support team leader with day-to-day tasks
  • File, answer phones, send/respond to emails, and other clerical duties
  • Assist with bookkeeping/accounting functions as appropriate
  • Showing properties, going to inspections, etc.
  • Maintain good client-agent-relationships 
  • Manage listings and help create marketing materials
  • Put together presentations, pitch decks, and board packages
  • Perform­­­ other duties, as assigned

 

In this position, you will have the opportunity to both support a top 3% Douglas Elliman agent, and also leverage the resources and name that our team provides to grow your own network/business.
